WHAT ARE THE ARTWORK
REQUIREMENTS: Digital artwork preferred.
Send to size via email in PC-formatted
Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Must be 300 dpi
resolution, vector format with all fonts converted
to outlines. Art services available $50/hr.
WHAT IF I HAVE
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: All cancellations
and/or changes must be confirmed in writing. All
work will be billed to point of cancellation.
Changes to orders already in production may result
in delayed shipping.
ARE THERE CHOCOLATE OPTIONS:
Catalog pricing reflects choice of milk or dark
chocolate. White chocolate available at an
additional 10%. Flavoring also available; inquire
at factory.
CAN I HAVE DROP SHIPMENTS:
Individual items shipping to multiple destinations
require mailers; call for pricing. Deluxe service
of $9.95(X) includes mailer, gift label and
shipping via Fed Ex Ground. Addresses must be
submitted in MS Excel spreadsheet; contact factory
for correct format. If unable to provide addresses
on a spreadsheet, we will enter them for a fee of
$0.50 per address. FOB: Factory, Blaine WA 98230.
ARE YOU ABLE TO MAKE INTERNATIONAL
SHIPMENTS: International paperwork
provided at no charge. All duties, taxes,
brokerage fees and handling charges are the
responsibility of the purchaser, billed at a later
date. Shipping under a third party account number
is recommended for international shipments.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE KOSHER
CERTIFICATION: Most of our products are
manufactured under the supervision of the Orthodox
Union. Call factory for details.
WHAT IF I WANT LESS THAN
MINIMUM: Inquire for less than minimum
availability and charges.
WHAT ARE THE
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS: Allow for 5%
over/under on all items to be billed accordingly.
CAN I GET A PAPER PROOF/PRODUCT
PROOF: An electronic or paper proof will
be provided at no charge; signed approval required
to begin production. Product proof available for
$95(V), applied toward full order if approved.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS:
Pay in full after the proof has been
approved. Can either pay invoice that is
emailed OR call us at 1-866-50Wraps with credit
card information over the phone. You may also
mail a check... however checks are held for 10
working days for bank clearance.
HOW LONG IS PRICING GOOD FOR:
Prices are effective August 1, 2004 through August
1, 2005 and are subject to change without notice.
All prices in U.S. dollars.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME:
Standard production time for most items is two
WORKING weeks from art approval. Rush services
available upon request. Rush charges may apply;
inquire with factory. Allow adequate transit time.
WHAT IS ADVANTAGE OF REPEAT
ORDERS: No set up fees and reduced
production time for exact reorders.
CAN I GET SAMPLES: Random
samples. Available at no charge. Spec samples.
Available for $95, payable in advance.
Digital spec samples. Full-color digital
representations of custom items available at no
charge.
WHAT ARE SET UP CHARGES:
One-time set up charge of $95 applies to most
items. All molds remain property of the factory.
Three-dimensional molds quoted on a per-job basis.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE:
Chocolate has a shelf life of one year or longer
if stored at room temperature; away from heat,
humidity, direct sunlight and strong odors.
CAN I SPLIT SHIPMENTS:
Multiple items shipping to multiple
destinations will be subject to a handling fee of
$3 for full-case quantities and $5 for
partial-cases, in addition to regular freight
charges.
HOW WILL MY ORDER GET SHIPPED DURING
WARM WEATHER MONTHS: During the summer
months and to all warm climates, chocolate is
shipped with ice gel packs at no additional
charge. Upgraded ship method may be required,
based on shipping destination. Refrigerated
trucking is available for larger shipments.
